someone on the clang failure issue said they built with -j1 and it built fine so maybe it's related to incorrect dep files causing issues with parallelism

testuser[m]: you mentioned no bdfl earlier when sewn asked when the muon branch could be merged. theres several people who has write access to the repo, is it just not been decides between you guys wether its properly tested yet, or whats the hold up really? im just curious for the most part. #149 which I created also hasnt been merged or responded to
