I have a PDF file of a manual but the manual is scanned images of a page and searching for a word doesn't work. Any ideas how to convert it into something readable, searchable and containing all the smaller images that of course part of the entire page image?

The system is broken here. I have probably driven more kilometers than anyone here that provides the licences. Yet they give me a Provisional and when I asked why I was given Provisional they said, you need to get use to our roads. I said but I have been driving here for over 20 years and decided to get a licence. They said that don't make the rules.
