<Armbian-Discord> <Tonymac32> Do we get anything from friendlyElec to support? If not, we should go through and trim the boards a bit. They very obviously have 2 tiers of device
<Armbian-Discord> <IgorPec> nothing this year, but i am trying to get in touch

<Armbian-Discord> <RichNeese> we need a unit like this
<Armbian-Discord> <Tonymac32> A rock pi with the 7" RPi dsi touch screen should do it
<Armbian-Discord> <RichNeese> wow 195 for it
<Armbian-Discord> <RichNeese> because its a custom uni
<Armbian-Discord> <RichNeese> tt
<Armbian-Discord> <Werner> @IgorPec Well proper prefix/tag management was useful when we had it. Though I dont know how much it could be helpful after forum reorganization. Need to think for what and how they could be used
<Armbian-Discord> <kprasadvnsi> Even better. Opi4 with 10" touchscreen.
<Armbian-Discord> <RichNeese> tell if this tonymac32 guy could get edp/ts working on the t4 we would be good
<Armbian-Discord> <RichNeese> lol
<Armbian-Discord> <RichNeese> ducks
<Armbian-Discord> <Tonymac32> OpiYuck 😉
<Armbian-Discord> <RichNeese> did you commit the patched for edp on t4 yet se we can test
<Armbian-Discord> <RichNeese> or is it still under testing in the rorkshop
<Armbian-Discord> <Tonymac32> No, house projects and general work burnout is killing me. I'm development
<Armbian-Discord> <RichNeese> ok
<Armbian-Discord> <RichNeese> sorry to hear on the burnout
<Armbian-Discord> <Tonymac32> I'm coping 🙂

<stipa> kprasadvnsi: those phones are like 6GB, 8GB of ram, that could be sick
<stipa> those could me proper machines
<[TheBug]> Tonymac32: so hit some weird random issue on one of my RockPi 4c's I am trying to figure out, I think I may have ram going bad on it, I have had it now 3 times just randomly shutdown on me during operation and I am not talking a crash, I am talking it just reset power state to off on board, turns to green light -- can repower and it comes back up
<[TheBug]> but I think sometimes it's having issues training the memory and then keeping it at that speed now
<[TheBug]> so I hit random issues where it just can't figure out whats going on and shuts off

<Armbian-Discord> <Tonymac32> [thebug] weird

<[TheBug]> Tonymac32: and this is after changing power supply, swapping out the USB nic I was using to be sure -- its been 'stable' now for about an hour, but before hand it would start doing work and just shut off randomly -- worst case I may have to replace it with my spare
<[TheBug]> hope I don't have to do that
CrashTestDummy2 has quit [Ping timeout: 252 seconds]
<[TheBug]> maybe memory timings were lower at this boot and so its being stable.... won't know though for a few hours I guess
<[TheBug]> Tonymac32: is there any easy way to track memory timing from OS?
<[TheBug]> hmm actually I have a thought about power supply that could effect this and it would make more sense to be that, but I will have to wait till the weekend to test that, hopefully stays stable for now, then I may just replace the ATX power supply in that case.
