Really? There is little practical use, because there is no USB and you cannot use a keyboard or mouse, but you can at least see the system startup process on the monitor screen.

<0xdamian> I'm not a pro with SBCs so I have dumb questions. When using SPI, I need to flash U-Boot on the built in flash memory on my Rock 5B and then it says there and I can boot from NVME?
<DC-IRC>
<0xdamian> Can I also run root on an emmc and file storage on nvme?
<archetech>
dont need spi flashed for the latter

<ct.clmsn> Ah, so..."Please do not upgrade u-boot/spl for 8GB DDR VisionFive2 since CMA will not allocated successfully under Debian image 202306" is something not to sweat?
<DC-IRC>

0xdamian Do you have the nameservers defined in /etc/resolv.conf ?

<tenkawa42> You should test it at the os level first...the NordVPN may also not be passing/allowed by your router/firewall to pass the correct traffic
