<Guest6112> Is sway-tiny missing seat functionality that could cause it to not be able to handle keyboard "hotplugging", i.e. re-plugging keyboard makes no input.
<Guest6112> I have a second issue with the refridgerator compressor making an EMI spike which disconnect the keyboard..  Everytime it starts, no keyboard until sway is restarted

<testuser[m]> Hi
<acheam> I bought my GPU (980 ti) in the first crypto supply shortage, so I'd for sure make a big loss, but not as much as I was anticipating when I bought the card
<acheam> hi testuser[m]
<testuser[m]> I should sell my 1660 too i used it for gaming just for a few months lol
<testuser[m]> Now itsbarely capable of running sway

<Featyre> Is full disk encryption really worth it
<phinxy> Trying to compile Bluez4.101.  Building it yields error "unknown type name 'mode_t'".  That should be defined in /usr/include/sys/stat.h, the failing .c file does include sys/stat.h.  The definition is: "#define __NEED_mode_t"  What's the __NEED_ prefix doing?
<testuser[m]> Featyre: useless
<testuser[m]> Unless u care for physical access
<testuser[m]> Even then no one is gonna know how to even login to kiss
<testuser[m]> phinxy: __NEED_mode_t tells bits/alltypes.h to define mode_t
<phinxy> Wow I made BlueZ4.101 compile by adding #include <sys/stat.h> in one file and then #include <sys/time.h> in another.

<dilyn> apt doesn't like it when packages have capitals in their names, apparently
<dilyn> that's probably not true tho:P  something in my scripting was wrong and have of the xorg packages ended up without any actual data files

<bibliocar> truefacts, I got kicked out of the debian help channel once. I was using a fork of debian, that must have been out of date, and couldn't get loadkeys to work.
<bibliocar> like for the raspberry pi
<bibliocar> It didnt have loadkeys.
<bibliocar> not banned, just booted
<bibliocar> that was a long time ago
