can't blame apple for wanting all the parameters to be known without parsing the video, and that's how almost every AVC video in mp4 was made too. I wonder why FFmpeg decided to switch to hev1, even when every encoder already provide a complete set of parameters

anyway, quicktime/avfoundation can't playback avc3 in mp4 either
