I observed that when swaylock is enabled, the lid open event is never processed. I am guessing this might be as designed but came here for confirmation. my guess is that swaylock is blocking lid open from reaching

22:11 <leon-p> pixavi: switch mappings, just like key mappings, require a mode argument. YOu have probably just used "normal". When the screen is locked, river enters a special mode, "locked".
