hello. I have a small config to handle lid open / close events from river. it basically disables edp-1 and evacuates all views, if edp-1 is the last screen, then it enables swaylock. I observed that when swaylock is enabled, the lid open event is never processed. I am guessing this might be as designed but came here for confirmation. my guess is that swaylock is blocking lid open from reaching

river. I fixed this enabling swaylock on lid open instead of lid close, but it feels weird conceptually.

pixavi: switch mappings, just like key mappings, require a mode argument. YOu have probably just used "normal". When the screen is locked, river enters a special mode, "locked".
<leon-p>
So if you want to handle a switch event, while the session is locked, you need to attach it to the "locked" mode
