farkuhar: so Biga goes into the refrgerator and Soaker stays out on the counter?
<farkuhar>
SiFuh: yes, the dough with the yeast goes into the refrigerator and the other dough stays on the counter. But let the biga warm up to room temperature a few hours before you start mixing the final dough.

farkuhar: Yeah, already done. I put the Biga in the refrigerator and the soaker on the counter.
<SiFuh>
Unfortunately I only have cow and coconut milk. I am not a fan of coconut milk but decided to use it anyway
<SiFuh>
Also I didn't use yeast. I used German dried sour dough starter
<SiFuh>
And I am still deciding whether or not to use honey. I don't see the point of it or like the taste of anything sweet but I still may add it anyway for try
<SiFuh>
And 30g of Vegetable oil is a lot. I will probably switch it for butter or tallow/lard

SiFuh: sure, feel free to tweak the recipe according to your tastes. I never measure any of the ingredients with that much precision anyway. The final dough is always subject to last-minute adjustments, depending on how it responds to the kneading.
<SiFuh>
My bread recipe is exact. You can't tweak it. If you do you will destroy it. :-)
<SiFuh>
But for general cooking, I barely follow any recipes
<farkuhar>
It's annoying to share an external drive between two CRUX machines that have a different uid for my regular user. I tried setting X-mount.idmap in the fstab entry, but that caused parsing errors when mappings were specified for both user and group.
<SiFuh>
Hence the reason I was pissed off when everything was moved to UID 1000 and GID 1000 because I had always and still do use 777:555
<farkuhar>
According to mount(8) there's an alternative syntax X-mount.idmap=<usernamespace file>, so maybe I should read up on how to create such a file.
<SiFuh>
Or set your user and group to the same UID/GID across the board.
<farkuhar>
Yeah, that's the easier way, I guess.

why is wine removed and wine-staging still there
<serpente>
if no one is going to maintain wine, i can do it
<jaeger>
Because the maintainer of wine is missing
<serpente>
he did updated wine too often, the same way staging is done, so can i step up to deliver wine stable ports, i mean, i used it a lot here, i might be the guy to do it, how can i contribute?
<serpente>
so it get back to contrib repo
