i wipe all yt-dlp port data and download them again, but got same error

i would rather remove the port from 3.6, i have no 3.6 system no more, and no VM. will happen 3.7->3.8.

I seriously have no time for doing anything twice. I am only running 3.7 for many weeks, and without 3.6 VM even building is a lie for all my ports in contrib.
