15:31 <farkuhar> just installed zathura-ps again, to preview a file created by a2ps before sending it to the printer. Even in verbose mode, zathura only passes along the message "(libspectre) ghostscript reports: ioerror -12"

15:35 <farkuhar> ... and that command returned no hits. Does anyone have a script for crawling the portdb to identify such dependent ports? I'd like to try at least one other app that uses libspectre, to help locate the breakage more precisely.

17:13 <farkuhar> I cheated and used the Arch package database to find suitable apps for testing libspectre. The one with fewest dependencies, pqiv, also failed to render the postscript file. Meanwhile /usr/bin/gs from the ghostscript package had no problem displaying the file, so it does appear to be a problem with libspectre.

19:40 <stenur> And something is wrong somehwere. Not too long ago i had removed gperf, but had to install it again because something did not.. on February 12th. What remains from that day still is xz, ncurses and clang.
