<stenur>
I would be afraid i am afraid, such a small cat in the garden.
<SiFuh>

hi guys. If I want to prepare a port for a 32bit package, apart from using /usr/lib32 what else do I need? putting an empty .32bit file in the port's folder?
<jaeger>
That's a good place to start. Some ports may need special handling but that should be fine for the majority, I think
<ppetrov^>
yes, of course. So, does the .32bit magically tell pkgmk that this is a package-32 to be built?
<jaeger>
Yeah, pretty much. It sets the PKGMK_ARCH var and you can see what that changes in /etc/pkgmk.conf
<ppetrov^>
thanks jaeger. CRUX is amazingly elegant

beautiful animals
<ocb>
we call them animals, but sometimes - some people are bigger animals :)
<SiFuh_>
Quite friendly too
<SiFuh_>
Except when chomping on your head
<ocb>
they have to eat too :)
<ocb>
how is your brewing going, got rid of ants?
<groovy2shoes>
with the right spin, i'm sure you could convince someone to buy beer with ants in it
<ocb>
'it has more nutrients man' :)
<groovy2shoes>
i mean, people buy mezcal with worms in it and coffee that's been shat out by some critter, so why not beer with ants in?
<ocb>
agree, would have no issues with that. or flies in sweet rakija which is also normal :)
<groovy2shoes>
maggots in cheese
<ocb>
oh, haven't seen that
<groovy2shoes>
casu marzu, from Sardinia, is the one i had in mind, but there may also be others
<groovy2shoes>
i've never had rakija... i wonder if any store around here carries it
<ocb>
casu marzu looks interesting, i believe it can be declicious and would try it, but looking at the photos doesn't look attractive :)
<ocb>
^ maybe by some other name, think in romania they call it palinca
<ocb>
or rachiu
<groovy2shoes>
if the stores here don't carry it, my father-in-law has the means to obtain such things
<ocb>
:))

<pedja>
some might say, if it isn't sljivovica, it aint rakija :)
<pedja>
(šljiva == plum)
<ocb>
heh true some even say that. while i lived in bosnia, every time when i was coming back from NS through fruska gora there was a guy selling really good ajvar and different types of rakija, and all the money i had left in RSD would spend with him. he was there for about 3 years in a row, then he wasnt selling anymore :) peach rakija is also nice when made well. been living in bosnia, croatia, serbia
<ocb>
past years and have to say tried best rakijas in serbia :)
<ppetrov^>
ocb, there's a serbian restaurant near Sofia in the 'skirt' of Vitosha mountain. The have great dunja rakija
<ocb>
:))) will go for a visit to Vitosha mountain if we manage to plan a trip this spring/summer
<ocb>
thanks for the info, will try some of your local dishes :)
<pedja>
man of culture, I see :)
<ppetrov^>
our local dishes are not much different from yours...
<pedja>
.bg?
<ppetrov^>
yep
<ppetrov^>
ocb, name of the restaurant is Kafana
<pedja>
hah. nice
<ppetrov^>
amazing food and the dunja rakija was great, so aromatic
<ppetrov^>
no
<ppetrov^>
ups, wrong terminal
<ocb>
:))) restaurant name makes sense :)
<ppetrov^>
actually I don't get it
<ppetrov^>
what does it mean?
<ocb>
we use that word to describe a small local coffee and alcohol restaurant sort of. its not the best translation.
<ppetrov^>
ehh... we call this 'kapanche'
<ppetrov^>
means literally 'trap'
<ppetrov^>
like, little trap
<ocb>
ah, lol
<ocb>
trap :) interesting
<ppetrov^>
well, it traps you to sit and spend your time there
<ppetrov^>
usually it's called for the ones at the sea coast on the beach for example
<ocb>
they indeed can be traps
<ocb>
sorry was reading something regarding Rila national park
<ppetrov^>
go see the 7 Rila lakes
<ocb>
looks like a place to visit :)
<ppetrov^>
not very often to see lakes in a mountain
<ppetrov^>
ocb, it is. If you go there, go to the Rila monastery
<ocb>
writing this down :)
<ppetrov^>
and of course, the highest peak in Rila, Musala is couple of meters higher than Olympus, which pisses of the greek :p
<ocb>
:))) hehe
<ocb>
the hike seems a bit extreme
<ocb>
but i'll make sure to mention this to other people that planned to go
<ppetrov^>
ah, i have never been to the peak myself
<ppetrov^>
hmm... one quite picturesque town is Koprivshtitsa
<ppetrov^>
jeez, that's horrible in latin alphabet... Копривщица
<ocb>
you:)))
<ocb>
umm wanted to ask but you already answered
<ppetrov^>
ye
<ppetrov^>
i have been to Cherni Vrah, which is Vitosha
<ocb>
doy ou like hiking?
<ocb>
btw one question related to places you mentioned, how are they connected with local transport?
<ppetrov^>
i hate hiking
<ppetrov^>
about connection, i am not sure. I suppose busses. I have been to Rila as a kid and I donät remember how we went. To Koprivshtitsa i went some 10 years ago with a tiny tiny bus from the central bus station in Sofia
<ppetrov^>
the central bus station and the central railway station in Sofia are just next to each other, which is convenient
<ocb>
thanks for the information
<ocb>
still trying to figure if it should be a car or local transport
<ocb>
will go read about it this evening, thanks for your help
<ocb>
the places you mentioned seems interesting, if we leave - the national park will definetly be one of the destinations
<ppetrov^>
:)
<ppetrov^>
if you want to go to the south, there's Melnik
