<DC-IRC> <0xdamian> How can I disable the sleep mode on my monitor? I'm watching a video and my monitor goes into standby 💀
<jspiros> DPMS
<jspiros> https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Display_Power_Management_Signaling this os the arch wiki so might be a little inconsistent with Debian but still helpful
<jspiros> if you are using a standard desktop environment it probably has a control panel/preferences program for handling monitor and/or power management settings
<jspiros> xset, mentioned in that wiki page, will work in more basic x11 environments, and setterm will work if you are in the console
<jspiros> I would avoid relying on custom xorg conf and instead use a program like xset, but the best option is a pre-existing control panel in your DE if you are using one

<DC-IRC> <leniwcowaty> Hi guys. I have a big problem - after my Orange Pi 3 LTS with Armbian Bookworm was powered off for a week now the WiFi adapter is not being detected at all. Even tried reinstalling Armbian, tried Armbian Jammy. Nothing. Like it's not there
