07:06 <Guest18> I am building image for STM32 using warrior_2.7. I am i am looking for something lets say if more than 5 failed login attempt then lock ssh for that user for certain time or may be till next power cycle using PAM. I have included following line in local.conf

22:01 <fullstop> I'm trying to make a recipe a git version of libwebsockets, and I'm struggling to get it to build within yocto. When it goes to link the sample programs, it is not finding the paths to the library it generated in a previous build step.

22:01 <fullstop> Building outside of yocto works fine. It's not that the path to the libraries is incorrect, it's that it's missing entirely.

22:02 <fullstop> The minimum cmake version is 3.5, so I'm well within that.

23:23 <ac_slater> hey guys. This is a long shot. I'm trying to add a python package via this definition https://dpaste.org/WBjXo/raw. When building for my target, the build spits out UNKNOWN-0.0.0-py3.9.egg-info which is some hint that it's not building correctly. There are some native (C) components in that library

23:24 <ac_slater> someone said it's a setuptools issue that's fixed in the newest setuptools version. I've never had to update setuptools in yocto. Any clue?
