i should give it a go again. i did manage to get voice call working on Leste once (but very bad quality on one of the directions - can't remember if it was the downstream or upstream voice)

just got a contract with a new operator for the d4.

this sim allso totaly prevents the device from booting

stock kernel hangs on kexec or pivot_root depending

repeating untill you remove the sim or erase utags, then the stock os boots

tmlind: any ideas on turning off the modem in kexecboot? maybe CFUN=0 is sufficant, do you know off hand what tty interface is the modem AT if in stock kernel?

(btw in all cases (android / mainline) the sim works fine if you insert it after kexec)
