<MoeIcenowy> josuah: I got a board (well, Tang Mega 138K), and want to utilize its RGMII
<MoeIcenowy> the board comes with a RTL8211F PHY (but I am not sure whether it's working)

<josuah> MoeIcenowy: would you be able to plug a logic analyzer into that RGMII wires and try sending it packets from the host?
<josuah> then if you see someting going in/out, you may assume the RTL8211F gets the data through, hopefully in the right way
<josuah> then you could test it further by piping the RGMII signals to another end of the board to confirm they work
