Can someone help me convert a VR180 video to normal? I need to be babied here with info

There appears to be 2, almost identical pictures side-by-side and the title of the video contains "VR180" I have tried different lenscorrection, fisheye, dfisheye, equirect, and equisolid filters, with and without cropping it in half

The closest I have gotten is by cropping half of it, and using lenscorrection filter, but the output appears vertically cropped even though I only cropped it horizontally, and I also don't know how well it really fixes the image because the guy's arm is still curved (although maybe less?)

Anyways, I was wondering if anyone had seen issues with mkv files. I have integrated FFmpeg 6.0.0 into our application, and it works really well for pretty much every file. A user recently sent me a mkv file that was produced by some screen recording software. Very infrequently, when I seek to say frame 70 from frame 1, it will start decoding the

frames until around frame 10, and then av_read_frame will start returning "Operation not permitted". Digging down the stack, it seems like matroska->queue.head in matroska_deliver_packet() is null. This is very curious because most of the time it isn't.

Just an addition to the above issue, av_read_frame will read a few frames and then return -9, which av_make_error_string identifies as "Bad file descriptor".
