<quantum_>
Armbian is just not maintained for the N2+.
<Armbian-Discord>
<Tenkawa> that is not a fair statement
<Armbian-Discord>
<Tenkawa> it worked perfectly fine in my test
<Armbian-Discord>
<Tenkawa> I used the most recent image/version made
<quantum_>
... on your N2. But if you had an N2+ you would get the same results as I have.
<quantum_>
Completely fair.
<quantum_>
I just don't know what to do about it. So far haven't been able to figure out Debian's aarch64 port.
<Armbian-Discord>
<Tenkawa> the n2/n2+ are the same unit just different speeds basicly
<Armbian-Discord>
<Tenkawa> and btw I have about 25 aarch64 machines running atm
<Armbian-Discord>
<Tenkawa> I think you need to check into that network setup like I referenced yesterday... you should "not" be seeing network addresses like those normally if you aren't expecting them
<quantum_>
Same results, whether on my LAN with no DHCP or on my ISP's ONT which does. The yellow NIC light flashes about every 3 seconds, rather than staying on and the green light flashing like it should.
<Armbian-Discord>
<Tenkawa> as yesterday... those addresses are "not real" indicating you have a network problem on your unit
<quantum_>
{sigh} I don't want a third weekend angry because of this. As I say, my hardware works fine with 21.08.1 or older.
<quantum_>
The three of you with N2's keep blaming my hardware. Now -that's- unfair.
<Armbian-Discord>
<Tenkawa> I didn't imply at all that your hardware has any problems... there are so many other things that could be causing this... "network problems" doesn't mean hardware... just stick with whats working and enjoy.
