<leon-p> hmm... sometimes the surfaces of mako linger around even after the notification has been dismissed. It will disapear when changing tags. Not sure if it's a river or mako bug.
<tiosgz`> leon-p: same here. haven't researched that yet
<novakane> never had that with fnott FWIW

<novakane> ifreund: I can confirm that the latest commit fixed the crash because of too many notif for me, I can no longer reproduce it with dunst or fnott
<novakane> I can also confirm that nobody should use dunst over fnott xD
<ifreund> novakane: cool, thanks for testing
<ifreund> I imagine most people using dunst on wayland just don't want to be bothered to update their config from X11
<novakane> I guess, I didn't even know dunst works on wayland before this issue reported tbh

<ifreund> huh, I just noticed that the sr.ht builds for https://github.com/riverwm/river/pull/497 passed somehow
<ifreund> that doesn't make any sense, because that PR requires a manually patched wlroots version
<ifreund> novakane: any chance the sr.ht builds aren't actually testing what we think they are?
<ifreund> anyhow, I've gotta go now. Will take a look tomorrow
<novakane> hmm I don't think so but I'll have a look
<novakane> I don't think there is an error in the builds manifests as far I can tell, so maybe this is something from dispatch.Sr.ht
<novakane> okay so one from sway, see the `sources: https://github.com/swaywm/sway.git#d6f279902a094230633cde05f9677da67289dd28` and on for river is just `sources: - https://github.com/riverwm/river.git` `

<Guest70> hey, I'm having trouble having a specific application run from a keybind
<Guest70> I have 'nemo --no-desktop' bound to Super+Alt 2, but nothing at all happens when I run it
<Guest70> I can run it on its own with that same command and run other programs from the same keybind, nut nothing  happens for nemo
<Guest70> I tried redirecting error to ~/nemoerror to see what was happening and the file was created, but it has nothing in it
<Guest70> never mind lol running it without --no-desktop fixed it

<novakane> ifreund: okay it was my bad, I think the ci is good now
