ukky: Went to the spare parts shop. This old guy comes up. I said "Rubber grommet/bush for the Land Cruiser water pump." He says "Okay" I went to hand him the pump and he said "No need" and walks off. Comes back and hands me the rubber bush from a Proton Wira. I said "That's the one. How did you know?" He said "I have been working here for 50 years."

ukky: Yeah, and one of the comments is correct. It is a school. They pick up the kids and all U-turn like this.
<SiFuh>
Some of the comments were pretty funny though
<SiFuh>
They do a U-Turn to create a traffic jam the other way.

ukky: I did something stupid today. I took the iSpindel out and changed the battery. I checked where + and - go and checked the battery. Perfect. Installed it. I even double checked. Then turned it on and smoke started coming out. I switched it off very quickly. Then realised there is no water or anything on it. I put the battery in the wrong way. WTF? It still works, but I think I need to changed the

board for the battery circuit.

ukky: Any favorite Soldering rework stations you recommend? I will need to buy one with a heat gun soon.
<SiFuh>
I use an 8586D I think in Australia. Let me check

SiFuh: sorry, never had a soldering station for personal use. Silverflo 8586D seems fine and is inexpensive. Soldering iron is all I need for my reparations.
