you might have valid data if you zoom in to femtosecond time scales

For a normal scope waveform you should have the dense pack flag set, offsets ranging from 0 to N-1, duration of 1, and time scale equal to the sample clock period in fs

then trigger phase should be zero unless your scope has a TDC or you do software trigger interpolation
