<conchuod>
palmer: (to preface, I'm not bothered by it) how come my R-bs don't end up in the commits? I just checked a couple of them there and am curious.
<palmer>
they should
<conchuod>
Is that gmail marked-as-spam filter thing w/ infradead?
<conchuod>
P sure I'd reviewed both of Ben's, Mark's and Xiantings. I'm less worried about "fixing" the commits and more about if it is b/c of spam filter stuff.
<palmer>
ya,
<palmer>
it's because of the ^M
<palmer>
they were tripping up the mail merge scripts, I think I fixed it but LMK if it happens again
<conchuod>
Cool, willdo. Thanks.
<conchuod>
At least it's a "the script messed up" rather than a "your message wasnt seen"
<palmer>
ya
<palmer>
the parts that were trying to grep for tags were also trying to pretty-print, and some messages just don't do that well
<palmer>
not a big deal when I'm reading stuff, but it was causing the tags not to start at the beginning of a line and thus breaking the merge
<conchuod>
Yah
<conchuod>
I don't really mind, I'd rather see things get merged than get "credit" the overlords are more interested in that ;)
<muurkha>
:)
<palmer>
it's still better to have the tags
<palmer>
and if they're missing, it's usually something just being broken that should be fixed
<conchuod>
Still not switched to b4 then huh?
<conchuod>
I'm sad I can't use it internally..
<palmer>
I haven't gotten it running
<palmer>
and all my computers are a huge mess right now, so I kind of can't touch anything
<conchuod>
I know the feeling. I did a distro upgrade last night and am still recovering.
<conchuod>
Got a bonus dozen of dtbs_check for my troubles
