<xentrac> yes, you can install a cross-compiling toolchain for GCC
<xentrac> if I were faced with this problem I might compile GCC myself after checking to see if there was a Debian package for GCC for RISC-V

<jrtc27> and then you can just install whatever foreign libraries you need

<jrtc27> all these magical toolchain files you have to provide because they can't be bothered to infer things by doing compile test probes
