10:55 <sicelo> the driver for N900's fuel gauge polls the chip every 6 minutes, unless some other external event happens (e.g. charger connected). The driver does provide a parameter to customize the polling period. I'm thinking to change it to maybe 15s.

14:18 <arno11> @telegram-desktop again, the app is amazing (for a n900). got exactly same screen and functionalities as my andro app. probably a must have. end to end encrypted calls work fine btw (but it works fine only after 30 sec, probably because of buffer size/time issues)

14:22 <arno11> i'm not a big fan of telegram (-desktop) but the way it works with modern stuff, using 250-400MB of swap with almost no slowdown is impressive and a kind of proof of concept for our low power n900
