so i dd-ed new system on the sd card, and also backed up my home.

when i restored the whole home, i noticed that osso-xterm crashes again with the same floating point error.

anyway, migrated some things to the new home. like dino configs.

i think i needed ~/.gconf/user to make it work.

Wizzup: Pierogi is working very well now, IYO what is the best way to diff my version with the original one ? start over with the original one and commit every changes (very long) or create 2 branches and compare ? or ? (remember i'm not a dev)

arno11: well I think you can take orig pierogi, import it with git (either with history or git init . ; git add *), and then add your files on top

and then commit changes either in one go, or with 'git add -p' ... y/n etc .. git commit ; repeat

I wouldn't worry too much about preserving your intermediate history unless you need it, so the 'in one go' change would be fine IMO
