22:10 <dilyn> i was trying to port a distro to an imx8 board and used crosstool-ng to quickly whip up a static toolchain I put on all my systems to quickly build kernels and uboot. worked nicely enough

22:39 <bibliocar> I have an mnt reform. They have kernel config and device trees all in their repos for me. I just don't know how exactly to hook everything up. I figured I'd just go through the chroot kiss install and pray.

22:41 <bibliocar> I was looking at oasis, but couldn't get it installed on an arm device. I decided that this was close enough to it. They seem pretty similar. I figure it'll take time for QBE's arm port to mature anyway.
