<Nulo> > <ifreund> though zig may very well achieve greater safety than is currently list there through more extensive runtime checks in safe build modes
<Nulo> AFAIK Zig can't detect using undefined memory, invalid stack and data races (yet)

<Guest8157> is it possible for me to run commands in my river startup script?
<Guest8157> I want my thing to execute waybar when river first opesn
<Guest8157> thanks in advance :)
<ifreund> Guest8157: river doesn't care what you put in the init executable, all river does is execute it
<ifreund> if you're using a shell script like the example, you can run whatever commands you want
<Guest8157> sick, thanks!
<Guest8157> so I can just put "waybar &" at the very end of my init script correct?
<novakane> yes if it's a shell script, and not at the end you can put it where you want
