hi novakane ! how are you? its been a while since i came here :) also the root thing is, I am thinking about re-structuring how i want to do things, like as a root i want to run gui apps but safely, (like flatpak, maybe?) i dont know if it sounds stupid, but its just my idea!

is slightly getting in love with river
<ecocode_>
I tried sway / Qtile(wayland) / river for the last 2 days. now decided to keep river for a week as a test
<ecocode_>
I had to compile waybar and river from source to get it working best
<ecocode_>
also, as I am an Emacs user, I changed a lot of the keybindings. still not finished the work on his

Hi, is it possible to remove the titlebars from the windows ?
<elshize>
ecocode_: ^ (sorry, mistyped your name, oops)
<ecocode_>
:)
<ecocode_>
swaybg doesn't allow to span an image over multiple monitors(screens)... but I guess it is the best available
<ecocode_>
@elshize thank you for the info
<elshize>
ecocode_: never tried to span one image over multiple displays, maybe someone else has some hacks for that. I mean I know one, open it in gimp and cut in half, set each half speparately :D
<elshize>
frankly, I just use gray background. I get very distracted with flashy wallpapers ;)
