J23k19 I think they idea is it is showing what you might want to pass, it would be odd to pass center=false (although valid) as it doesnt change the standard behaviour

I guess it will depend how your thought process works as to if you see that as how the function is vs how it can be made. not 100% there is a best option on this

Scopeuk well linear_extrude shows "center=false" so this is not consistent

projection shows "cut=false" (also default) while cube, cylinder and square show "center=true"

oh offset show "r=number, chamfer=false " which is is funny as chamfer only works with delta not r
