I'm looking to design and 3D print supports for a parabolic linear reflector (similar to a parabolic trough). I keep running into possible links to the forum which is non-functional. Any resources someone can point me towards?
<Scopeuk>
you may also find people here can help if you can give a specific problem you would like some help with as part of the above.
<Scopeuk>
although there might be a bit of a delay, this place usually picks up a little in the afternoon to evening Central European time

linear_extrude(20) projection() rotate([0,60,0]) cylinder(h=20,d1=5,d2=10); would be a generalised form if somewhat none specific. otherwise I guess you would be defining your specific x/y pairs with an equation and defining a polygon to extrude (if you already have a defined curve you want)

As a coaster

I've also considered sticking a qr code on/near the printers running web interfaces to supply a link
<Scopeuk>
I did ponder displaying it on the screen when prompted but most don't have enough resolution
<lf94>
What would be cooler: a qr code printed ON the 3d printed objects that automatically tell your local printer to print a copy.
