hi, looking for some help getting started with colorlight i9+

i can build and flash a blinky example, and the litex-boards colorlight_i9plus seems to build correctly

i've set `--with-pmod-uart`, and when i load the `colorlight_i9plus.bit` with ch347-prog the led flashes, but i don't see anything on uart

the bios firmware is built into the bit file, right?

when I program the bin file to onboard flash, the led blinks just one (still nothing on the uart)
