Also oh my god FINALLY somebody made this.
<ashlyn0[m]>
I had the idea a couple of years ago that there should be something like the XGecu but open-source with user-defined scripts for accessing any type of chip possible (except mine would have used I/O extenders and a microcontroller.) I'm so glad someone is actually doing it.

<ashlyn0[m]> "Also oh my god FINALLY somebody..." <- hehe :3 glad you like it

interesting bug, thanks for letting me know, I will look into it.
<ashlyn0[m]>
Not trying to nitpick, honest ^^

ok, I think I figured it out, it should now load properly.

What was wrong with it, out of curiosity?
<esden[m]>
for whatever reason the shopify backend had trouble converting the png to the webm format and barfed

how come the jtag-pinout sometimes pulls 10 bytes out of ir before coming back negative on the same setup
<owoday[m]1>
Also does anyone know a 4 pin connector that sits at 1 H-pin 3 L-pin
<owoday[m]1>
err protocol
<owoday[m]1>
also another that sits at 2 h-pin
<owoday[m]1>
is it just blown jtag?

<owoday[m]1> "how come the jtag-pinout..." <- it's not 10 bytes, it's a 1-0 bit sequence
<Wanda[cis]>
anyway, the answer is that it basicallly latches on to some unrelated signal as a possible JTAG port, tries to verify it, fails, continues with trying more pinouts
<Wanda[cis]>
it could be misinterpreting some other protocol which just happened to transition at the right moment, it could be literal noise if there are missing pullups, etc.
<Wanda[cis]>
anyway. a 4-pin connector is also somewhat likely to be SPI, which we don't have good tools to detect
