While looking for one that would ship here (NZ) I came across the "Case Logic QHDC-101 Portable Hard Drive Case" which has both an internal strap to hold the "drive" down, and a zippered net section in the lid to store cables. (The photos look like it's got an "external 2.5" drive" in it.)

Fortunately both sides are relatively quiet so there's not *that* much missing.
