stenur: i never really paid attention to the frequency of imagemagick updates until you pointed it out last week. I only have graphicsmagick installed (since it was needed by inkscape), and it was easy enough to develop muscle memory for 'gm <command>' instead of just '<command>'

Can anyone tell what knobs i have to turn in glibc to make valgrind work? I never used it on CRUX, used it only once anyhow (had FD problems, and no other real reports yay), but wanted to test again, and valgrind on CRUX say
<stenur>
valgrind: Fatal error at startup: a function redirection
<stenur>
valgrind: A must-be-redirected function
<stenur>
valgrind: whose name matches the pattern: strlen
<stenur>
valgrind: in an object with soname matching: ld-linux-x86-64.so.2
<stenur>
..anyhow is not found in there, and "ldd /lib/ld-linux-x86-64.so.2" reveals that is a static thing.
<stenur>
..and even though i use .. a wait, there was an update not tracked in my overlay: - --enable-static-pie \
<stenur>
But does not seem to related to static ld as such?

I've not had to do anything specific to use valgrind with my own code

Wrote a port for xpad that seems to work fine, `/dev/input/js0` exists and input is fine when running `jstest` on it, but it's not passed through to wine
