<SiFuh>
jaeger: Yeah, but it is still dumb+funny
<SiFuh>
Who the hell cannot find a serial number on a product?
<SiFuh>
And as you say 'to be fair' the checksum was something that the MSI guy never mentioned which is relevant
<SiFuh>
But I still found funny. It is like having a video showing you how to use your key to open your car, and how to use a house key to open your door and so on
<SiFuh>
the MSI guy = the one who emailed me
<SiFuh>
By the way, is there a way to stop Thuanr from changing the default program if you use another program instead of the usual program?

<jaeger>
True, should be pretty easy to find a serial number unless the manufacturer tried pretty hard to hide it
<SiFuh>
jaeger: although I have seen many people concerned about the lack of a used by/expiration date on a product because they are not looking at it properly.
<SiFuh>
I am not sure how to explain it. It is like they see the label and the words and all but the date is printed on like a stamp and is invisible to them because it doesn't match the label
<farkuhar>
SiFuh: are these the same people who overloaded your cheap rollup extension cord by connecting three separate 1200-watt appliances?
<SiFuh>
Hahaha
<SiFuh>
To be honest farkuhar I can understand that
<SiFuh>
People in general are stupid. They outsource their knowledge to others and rely on the those as truth or fact or the correct way
<farkuhar>
Let them stick with making pemmican. Even if they screw up, they'll still have something edible.
<SiFuh>
$Yep
<SiFuh>
I can't make that though, I have to wait until the like dude kills some cows :-P
<SiFuh>
like? local*
<SiFuh>
Must be the Wi-Fi frying my brain
<SiFuh>
He is going to kill some cows next week and he is saving the tallow for me
<SiFuh>
farkuhar: The other day the wife asks me if I know how to make Kimchi and I said that I do. Two main ingredients are non-iodized salt and fresh, the freshest fresh, the most pure, clean, and non infested fresh cabbage. So she bought the cabbage. :-) 2 weeks later she brings the salt in. HAHAHAHAHA I laughed to hard. I now have a refrigerator full of rotting *fresh* cabbage
<SiFuh>
On the bright side. I am notorious for turning rotting vegetables into a nice puree dish to save money.
<SiFuh>
The latest one is a bit off because I threw in a bitter gourd :-P
