Weird kernel bug on Orange Pi 5, refuses to start booting when connected to certain TVs and only when they aren't powered on...

It does send a CEC on to the TVs, and then I can remove and reapply power to get them to boot.

TVs noticed with this issue are one Vizio and one Insignia model. Another Insignia model doesn't cause the issue.

Quick test shows the pi boots up normally headless.

@werner Posted pastebin. That last part at 10:16 was two boots, looks like the first one (with the TV off) didn't send anything to syslog.
