Do you have to do something special to get cloud-init to install its systemd service? All my other services are there but nada from cloud-init, can see it in the git repo

mcfrisk: It was the right UBOOT_MACHINE set, but we are stuck on an old version of devtool, which seems to be buggy. So I am not sure if the right one is used. Guess I just have to try out more on Monday
<PhoenixMage>
The problem I have is essenitally wic creation seems to use KERNEL_DEVICETREE to add to IMAGE_BOOT_FILES for wic creation and the rk3568-rock-3a.dtb lives in DEPLOY_DIR_IMAGE not the rockhip subdir so wic creation is failing

I want my BSP layer to be compatible with both - dunfell and kirkstone, but some include files (tune-cortexa9.inc) are moved to another folder, so I can't include them using the same path. What is the easy way to have IF ... then include ... else include ... or something like this?

nerdboy: How would I get around the unknown target to compile the dtb from the kernel source then? Its expecting it to be rockchip/rk3568-rock-3a.dtb. Have I missed something somewhere?

i'm not sure what you're asking? that ^^ var is a list of one or more dtb files that it should include as boot targets
