rcurtin: Wrote some of the C wrappers around the CLI functionality. Code compiled and seems to work. I think the R compiler flags are causing an error, so can't load the shared object until that's resolved.
< rcurtin>
abernauer: sounds good, unfortunately I don't know too much about the R compiler flags

I need to set an environment variable. It should resolve the issue I I think. Checked stackoverflow had that as a solution. The R extensions manual was surprisingly unhelpful in the whole CLI wrapper process. The suggestions in the manual resulted in more compiler errors.

I am trying to understand the paper "Tree-Independent Dual-Tree Algorithms" by Ryan Curtin et al. but have some parts I have trouble with in terms of understanding. Is someone here familiar with the work and might be able to help?
< rcurtin>
hi there TheDude, I am indeed familiar with it :) I see your PM so I'll respond there

rcurtin: Actually, I intended to recommend `Zoom` application for our video conference, however, I find it is free for 40 minutes only.
< KimSangYeon-DGU>
If I see other good applications, I'll let you know :)
< rcurtin>
KimSangYeon-DGU: yeah, zoom is a possibility; we use it at my company. Usually we get around the 40 minute restriction by just rejoining when it kicks us out :)
< rcurtin>
(in other cases, the 40 minute limit is good because it keeps meetings from going too long...)
< KimSangYeon-DGU>
rcurtin: Ahh, great :)
< rcurtin>
hangouts was great, but the 10 people limit was way too low
< KimSangYeon-DGU>
rcurtin: I agree, so Zoom can be an alternative.
< rcurtin>
yeah, agreed

lozhnikov : after returning false , I said accpet that in main function and then display the same error message.?
< lozhnikov>
Yes, but change the text a bit. Currently the message doesn't tell where the error takes place.
