< KimSangYeon-DGU> rcurtin: This is update. Until now, I made a `DiagCovDistribution` class. and edited the codes according to your review. Currently, I'm making a test code for this distribution. After that, I think the next step is to apply the distribution to `DiagonalGMM` class and to make some graphs on a speed comparison between `regular` and `diagonal` GMM HMMs.
