I was wondering if I should submit a pre-proposal which maybe a mentor could review and provide me some feedback on how my final project should be (Implement GANs, BRNs and RBFN - Essential modules).
< Kunvar_thaman>
This way my project proposal would be alligned with MLPack goals properly

Hey i would like to build up a new module which evaluates conditional entropy on time series data using tree traversal in either of c++ or python.
< rainbowtiara>
I have worked on this before but want to enhance its improvement in terms of both time and space complexity
< rainbowtiara>
Hoping to get a help from you guys :)

zoq: Okay, that'll be on 26th feb, right? Should I just keep going through code and come up with good architecture till then? There are a couple of past projects I found I can improve upon

Hi rcurtin, I have a question. In https://github.com/mlpack/mlpack/pull/1666#discussion_r257802414, the `Equation` is about a single observation. but, the `Code` is on multiple observations(column-wise). So I'm sorry for confusing you with that. So, in case of multiple observations, is the code correct?? (we have `invCov` as a arma::vec)
< KimSangYeon-DGU>
I didn't noticed that...
< KimSangYeon-DGU>
*isn't the code corrrect??
< KimSangYeon-DGU>
Oops.. *correct
< KimSangYeon-DGU>
I'll move this question to the PR page, so that you can check if you have a chance later.
