13:02 <pragmaticenigma> KODI 19.x is a completely new platform. The biggest change was the drop of support for Python 2, meaning a large number of plugins will no longer work. As for LE10 (which brings in KODI 19.x) there is a lot of work being done with the decoders and compatibility with the RPi 4 hardware (I'm gerneralzing here, as I don't completely understand the archtecture changes going into LE10)
