[The Fedora Container Guidelines][1] state that there are `run`, `install` or `uninstall` labels to be interpreted by some `atomic` command. I'm interested in using these features primarily on Silverblue, as such I do not have access to that `atomic` command. I recently found `podman container runlabel`, but as per the man page that only understands `IMAGE`,
