<stenur>
Am i fooled by the impression that git log output once skipped changesets which do not apply to a final branch?
<stenur>
A git regression, or an improvement yet to be done, and i was dreaming it already has been.
<stenur>
Hm.
<stenur>
My "normal" life lives with different git histories, i can usually do fast-forward merges, or merges of totally independent branches onto one main master trunk.
<stenur>
Btw. i compiled irssi yesterday on 3.7, ($ ll /usr/ports/built/irssi/: 512364 Jun 4 21:35 irssi#1.2.3-1.pkg.tar.xz, 534064 Jul 15 18:15 irssi#1.4.1-1.pkg.tar.xz), and 1.2.3 can easily work with my irssi-1.4.1-r0 proxy on the AlpineLinux (still not CRUX there, i am soo slow) vserver, but #1.4.1-1 cannot.
<stenur>
It says it is waiting for some, eh,
<stenur>
this tmux window has no history :)
<stenur>
anyway the proxy sees the connection:17:19 -!- Irssi: Proxy: New client ::ffff:192.0.2.2:41318 on port 21000 (Libera.Chat)
<stenur>
wait i reinstall the new one.
<stenur>
So the new one says
<stenur>
17:37 -!- Irssi: Connecting to boxircp.sdaoden.eu [192.0.2.253] port 21000
<stenur>
17:37 Waiting for CAP LS response...
<stenur>
and that basically is it.
<stenur>
So is anyone using irssi#1.4.1-1.pkg successfully against an irssi proxy?
<stenur>
And p5-uri is broken, i think 5.11 had a bug and he removed upstream due to this; 5.12 is current
