khem: yes, lfs installed. it's easily reproducable. Just plase a file in LFS in a sumbodule, and it isnt lfs-fetched.
<psv>
after removing the surplus '--no-fetch' on line 255 in gitsm.py solves it.

khem: Sorry, small correction, it is the 'GIT_LFS_SKIP_SMUDGE=1' that prevents the LFS fetching, not '--no-fetch'. I had changed both, but reverted the latter now and it still fetches fine.

is export PSEUDO_DEBUG = "nfoPdeViDxywc" in the recipe still the right way to generate more useful pseudo.log? both the file and logs.db is quite empty with this export

khem I see a december 2nd release for vbox guest drivers. Will do the uprev if you aren't working in it. Might fix the 6.12 kernel build "for free"

zeddii: something might be wrong with your e-mail scripts, the nagios change worked fine for me when saved from mutt and applied with git am: https://www.pastebin.cz/en/p/sVuuweA content-wise it's the same as current kirkstone branch, but the commit message is wrong (missing nagios-plugins: prefix and without blank line after subject it's all part of summary)
<JaMa>
a055d7dc CVE-2023-37154: check_by_ssh in Nagios nagios-plugins 2.4.5 allows arbitrary command execution via ProxyCommand, LocalCommand, and PermitLocalCommand with \${IFS}. This has been categorized both as fixed in e8810de, and as intend
<zeddii>
the one on kirkstone was just saved from mutt and git am'd, took my scripts out of the question
<JaMa>
than your mutt or git is broken :), I'm not complaining, I was just curious what was wrong in that patch (and still cannot find any reason for it to fail)
<JaMa>
locally applied has correct summary: meta-virtualization $ git log --oneline | head -n 3
<zeddii>
khem: there a source dir warnings for vboxguest drivers, but they don't look new. I'll see if I can fix them as well.

<zeddii>
it's just due to the directory "dancing" that recipe does
<fullstop>
I have a bbclass which sets some variables to relocate a package into a different directory, which is subsequently used to create a partition separate from /usr. One side effect, though, is that things like PKG_CONFIG_PATH is set to this new prefix.
<fullstop>
I'd like to append to PKG_CONFIG_PATH in the bbclass to put the staging directory back in there.
<fullstop>
PKG_CONFIG_PATH += puts a space in there, but I need it to be a colon.
<fullstop>
It seems to work if I put the colon in manually, but there's still a space in the environment variable which bugs me. :-)
