Some of those requests seem to be "sorry, that's just out of scope for the customizer". The one about the number of decimal places is reasonable - I know it behaves strangely.

Hypothetically, we could extend the customizer control language to be its own little programming language that would drive the UI, and the results from executing that program would be fed into OpenSCAD proper.

i got an email that the new "beta" with syntax highlight and command completition .. and that monaco is used for it.. also they develop a "full openSCAD linter"
