<guerd>
Ive designed a chassis building file for caravan and flat top trailers. it is mostly complete and has quite a few options and ECHO's out a basic cutting list and estimated weight of all the componets. Im having a few issues with the math getting the angles correct for the drawbar. Is anyone interested in donating some time to help me by having a look at it and working the issue out? When I scale the chassis too wide the ends dont quite line up with the
<guerd>
chassis. Something with the angle is wrong. Once complete I am going to upload to github page for any future updates or for people to use
<teepee>
better tease would be posting the code too :)
<InPhase>
Yeah, I went to run it from your link and that didn't work. :)
<InPhase>
Also then an explanation of what's "wrong" with the angle, what's "right", and maybe a real world photo of a "right" one that matches your target image, if you can.
<InPhase>
Angle calculations are usually pretty quick to sort out once all the requisite information is in place for the goal.
<InPhase>
If it's long code, which it looks like it might be, also state the line number(s) where the calculation occurs which is going wrong.
<InPhase>
https://bpa.st is convenient for code posting.

I'm running something else first though :)

got an air fryer, awesome toy
<InPhase>
I made that "how is it not a convection toaster oven" face that I make every time someone says "air fryer". ;)
<teepee>
it probably is, I'm more interested in what comes out :P
<teepee>
also looks like nobody even invented a german name for it
<teepee>
oh, I was wrong, philips calls it Heißluftfritteuse \o/
<InPhase>
Companies are now selling combo air fryer plus convection oven units... which come with a special grill for air frying. Except toaster ovens have always come with this grill, since long before tiktok viraled the hip air fryer term. :)
<teepee>
which I guess is almost literal tranlsation
<InPhase>
Thus concludes my comments about the younger generation thinking they invented classic cooking methods. ;) I hope the food comes out tasty.
<teepee>
first run yesterday was surprisingly good already

<JordanBrown>
It's cooled off a little from mid-day, down to 102F / 39C according to weather.com.
<JordanBrown>
Earlier my car said 111F / 44C.
<teepee>
oof, you can sit in my new air fryer for a bit, it's probably cooler in there
<teepee>
here's actually quite nice for the last couple of days, like 25°C and sunny
