Why does bigarray-compat require switching everything to Bigarray_compat, while stdlib-shims and camlp-streams are drop-in and don't require using some compat modules instead?

I tend to do it the verbose way, tbh

takes a few stanzas but you can run an executable that uses dune-configurator and will produce a file depending on OCaml version
