Okay so,

you start with creating a ```.hpp``` file inside utils folder

and you create a ```.py``` file with the same name.

basically you call Python C API from your ```.hpp``` file. The code for calling the PyInterpreter in ```.hpp``` is same in all the files in ```utils``` folder. Have a read and you'll figure it out

DavidportlouisDa: Just some additions, so the basic idea is to use python to generate the plot, save that one as image and display that image in the C++ notebook.

So you can basically, take the python code you have put it into a python script and save the plot as png at the end.

The 3D plot you see in the contact tracing using dbscan example is one example.
