Looking some more, armadillo-9.870.2 can be downloaded whereas 9.880.1 can't. A link hasn't been changed on the backend maybe? :)

@zoq : I tested with different mirrors and it looks like that was the problem. The Bulgarian mirror works fine. Is that the one you're using by any chance?

@zoq : The 'problems downloading' opens a list of mirrors. The netix (bulgaria) and many others work fine. Just the Indian mirror which has gone down I think. Sorry for the false alarm :)
