Hi there, I'm new to mlpack and I was going through the ann namespace, I happen to notice that although there is a separate folder for activation functions the code for the ReLU variants are located in the layer folder and not in the activation_functions folder, any specific reason for this ?

vedantbassi: All activation layers that make use of the functions implemented in activation_functions don't take a user input, some other activation layer do; e.g. the ELU which takes the alpha parameter as an input.
