< oldbeardo> marcus_zoq: can you help me out with something?
< marcus_zoq> oldbeardo: Hello, maybe?
< oldbeardo> marcus_zoq: while building I'm constantly getting errors about boost::program_options
< oldbeardo> any idea how I can solve that?

< marcus_zoq> oldbeardo: You are building against boost program_options?
oldbeardo has joined #mlpack
< oldbeardo> marcus_zoq: what do you mean by that?
< oldbeardo> I figured out what the problem is, I had two versions of boost 1.46 and 1.55
< oldbeardo> but even though I removed 1.55, CMake still detects the boost version as 1.55

< marcus_zoq> oldbeardo: I thought you are using your own command to build the src.
< marcus_zoq> oldbeardo: Do you solved the problem?
andrewmw94 has joined #mlpack
< oldbeardo> marcus_zoq: I removed boost 1.55, so now the rest of the stuff compiles okay
< oldbeardo> but my module uses priority_queue, and 1.49 is the earliest version which uses it
< oldbeardo> *implements it rather
< oldbeardo> so I passed on the code to Ryan, he will take care of it :)
< marcus_zoq> oldbeardo: Okay :)

< Anand> Marcus : I have added nbc.cpp to shogun/src based on our discussion. However, I am not sure if I have did everything right. Please have a look. There might be some compilation errors which I will remove.
< Anand> I have added a method to write probs to a file. I am calling the apply_one method as we need the m_rates vector
